At Martin Electric, we strive to innovate every day both in the office and in the field whether it be developing a new installation technique, problem solving, or management tactic. We recognize that the ability to innovate comes from collaborative thinking among different perspectives, beliefs, experiences, and passions which is why Martin Electric is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and diverse workforce.

And while construction is one of the slowest industries to improve diversity ratios, our owners are working to change these statistics. Together with Journeyman Apprentice Training Committee (JATC) we implemented a Diversity Initiative which encourages, promotes, and supports minorities in the Local 236 electrical union - one of few in the country.

TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH

At Martin Electric, we believe that learning never stops. Through our Continual Improvement Program, employees have access to monthly training sessions-centered around key industry themes-hosted at our warehouse or coordinated through the union.

Our electricians stay up to date with all required jobsite certifications, and we go beyond the basics by encouraging team members to advance their skills. Every employee has the opportunity to pursue additional education-whether it's job-specific courses or relevant online training-with financial support from Martin Electric.

While we don't provide full college tuition, we proudly invest in education that strengthens your role and helps build a lasting career in the electrical trade.
