These positions are hired directly by our team and provide exposure to active commercial, industrial, and high-performance projects.
As an intern, you won’t be observing from the sidelines. You’ll work alongside Project Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Executives to gain insight into project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, document control, and client coordination. Interns also have opportunities to visit jobsites, collaborate with field leadership, and understand how office decisions translate into field execution.
Our internship program is structured to:
- Build foundational knowledge in construction management and project delivery
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Provide exposure to real schedules, contracts, and coordination meetings
- Create mentorship relationships with experienced industry professionals
- Provide knowledge and experience to the next generation of industry professionals
We view internships as more than temporary roles, they are an opportunity to identify and develop future leaders within our organization. Many of our management professionals began their careers gaining early exposure to the way we build, lead, and deliver.
If you are hungry to grow, attentive to detail, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to explore internship opportunities with Martin Electric and take the first step toward a long-term career in construction leadership.
