Continual Improvement Safety Matrix 2025 Recap

Our Continual Improvement Training Matrix ensures that employees remain current with all required safety and jobsite training, while also providing opportunities to pursue additional educational courses based on their interests and requests. Beyond required training specific to the jobsite, we continue to train our field and office staff for the best safety results. Our top priority is for every employee to do their best work during the day and go home safely to their families each night. Our Safety Matrix is proven to be successful through the bettering of our EMR each year. We are proud to say we currently hold a 0.50 EMR - an industry low!
